When will my order ship?
In-stock items ship within one business day. Custom items are made to order and ship when finished. Dispatch time is separate from delivery time; contact us about any important date before ordering.
Can I return a loose lab-grown diamond?
Loose lab-grown diamonds are eligible for returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery under our policy. Keep the original certificate and review the full return policy before ordering. Custom jewelry is not eligible for returns.
