Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are available on all finished goods and loose lab-grown diamonds within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be fully intact and returned with all original items and certificates. Please contact us before returning an item so we can assist with your return or exchange.

Worn items may be returned if they are fully intact. A repair or cleaning fee may apply if the item has blemishes or scratches.

Return shipping and fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refund timing

Refunds take 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Custom and made-to-order items

Custom items are made to order and are not eligible for returns.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item so we can review the issue and help.
